This is a very important document which is neccesary for those insureds whose boat will be kept in a windstorm prone zone. It is used to demonstrate to the Underwriters that special precautions are being taken in order to protect the insured vessel from windstorm damage.
Letter of Compliance of Marine Survey Recommendations
If a survey has recomendations made by the surveyor, this form is used to acknowledge that those recomendations have been complied with.
